Flow Chart of Services

Residential

 

q       Owner delivers plans to Permit Office and pays for Plan Review

 

q       Plans delivered or picked up by Building Inspection Group for review (allow 10 days)

 

q       Plans returned to Permit Office with Letter of Approval or Corrections

 

q       Permit issued or denied / Owner pays for permit

 

q       Each Craft or Trade group supervisor calls Building Inspection Group dispatch office for each inspection when ready (allow 24 hours (max) for scheduling)

 

q       Upon completion of all final inspections a letter of completion is delivered to Permit Office

 

q        Certificate of Occupancy is issued by the Permit Office

 

 

Sub-note:  Any inspection not performed due to inaccessibility of premises or premature call out will be subject to additional inspection fees.
